Shipping & Delivery
ORDERING FROM JONES BOAT CHANDLERY
Your order will be processed the next working day after receipt. We normally carry adequate levels of stock for all our products however if for any reason any part of your order is not available we will notify you via the email you provided at the time of ordering with an estimated delivery date for those items not in stock.
Items in stock will be reserved and your entire order will despatched once outstanding items have arrived back in stock. Should you not wish to wait for items to return to stock we are happy to arrange for a refund of those items and deliver all in stock items as normal.
Your order will be despatched as soon as possible after order. We will send an email to the address provided to confirm when your order has been despatched. Normal despatch period is two working days from order and normal delivery period is two working days from dispatch.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
For next day delivery please telephone in advance to confirm we have enough stock to fulfill your order. We do not currently offer a next day delivery service, however if your order is urgent, placed before midday and we have the items to fulfill the order we will endeavour to help if you contact to request next day delivery.
Small parcels and padded envelopes can be sent to any address in the UK, however any items that exceed Royal Mail 'Small Parcel' parameters can only be sent to UK mainland adresses. Paints and liquids can also only be sent to UK mainland adresses.
Standard UK (mainland) Delivery Standard delivery within the UK costs vary depending on the size of order. Orders are sent out by the best value courier available and should arrive 3-5 days from order. You can specify a different address for delivery other than your home address when ordering, however you will need to verify your delivery address with PayPal first if this is your prefered method of payment.
For reference padded envelopes will be sent via Royal Mail. Small parcels are any item(s) up to roughly 2KG and may be sent either by Royal Mail or our choice of courier, depending on the size of the items and the order value. Large parcels/ liquids are up to 30KG and will be sent by our choice of courier.
Some items which need to be palletised may incur an additional delivery charge, this will either be stated at the time of order or as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
Express UK (mainland) Delivery The express delivery service is for mainland UK addresses only. Orders will be sent out on next day delivery and should be received within 2 working days as long as the order is received before 12 am. If you need faster delivery then please contact us and we do do our very best to help. For Highlands and Islands delivery charges can differ, please phone to confirm delivery details for Highland and Islands.
DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL & Outside Mainland UK)

ANTIFOUL & PAINT ORDERS
Please note that we can only send liquids, antifoul & paint products within mainland UK.

Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 100% satisfaction, 14 day, no quibble guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason then please contact us on 01480 718040 within 48 hours of receipt to notify us that you will be returning you goods for refund. Please note, we do not refund postage and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless we agree with you otherwise. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original, unused condition and with packaging intact where applicable. Please note we are unable to refund goods which have been used unless the manufacturer confirms that the product is defective and the defective goods returned within the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.
